About Boca Resort
Located about a 30 minute ride from either the West Palm Beach or Ft. Lauderdale airport, the resort is a world-class luxury resort with all of the amenities one would expect,
- two excellent, fun golf courses
- spa
- multiple swimming pools
- gyms
- fine dining (including an Old Homestead Steakhouse and restaurants by celebrity chefs Morimoto (of Iron Chef fame) and Gordon Ramsey).
The main complex of the resort (including the Resort Course) is located on the inter-coastal waterway, and is a short walk from the restaurants and bars in the Mizner Park area. The resort also has a beach club across the inter-coastal from the main complex and provides regular water taxi and shuttle bus service to and from the beach club.

| Cost |
All participants (other than local residents and up to one houseguest per local resident) will be required to stay at the resort. The cost are as follows
- Three night stay and 3 rounds of golf will be $1,200 for a single occupancy
- $879 a person for a double occupancy.
- Additional room nights will cost $214 (single or double occupancy)
- Additional rounds of golf will cost $186 a player.
The prices quoted are for regular rooms in the hotel’s tower building or the original main hotel building (and include all taxes and fees). Upgrades are available to suites, and rooms in the hotel’s yacht club and beach club. Please arrange your upgrades directly with the hotel’s reservations department.

| Reservations |
Reservations are to be made directly with the hotel’s reservations department by calling 1-800-WALDORF (800-925-3673). You must identify yourself as part of the Hesus Fund Group in order to receive the pricing quoted above. The deadline for making reservations is October 15, 2009. However, anyone making a reservation by August 15th will be entered into a drawing for a free two-night stay at the resort.

| Local Residents |
Local residents (and up to one house guest per local resident participating in the outing) will not be required to stay at the resort. In order to register, please complete this registration form and follow its submission and payment instructions.

- Rental cars are definitely not necessary.
- Parking at the hotel will cost about $25 a day (but please confirm pricing with the hotel).
- Taxis between either the West Palm Beach or Ft. Lauderdale airport should cost around $75.
