MICHAEL BELLINGER, ESQ.
Michael Bellinger is a native of Stratford, Connecticut,
who attended Tufts University and Duke Law School. Currently
a partner in the New York office of Dorsey & Whitney LLP,
he started his legal career in the Kings County District Attorney's
Office prosecuting law enforcement officers for misconduct.
Mr.. Bellinger is an expert in the field of litigation and
specializes in white collar criminal defense. He is a Commissioner
of the New York State Ethics Commission for the Unified Court
System and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Randall's
Island Foundation.
DAVID M. DAVIS, ESQ.
A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, David attended Bucknell
University and graduated in 1980. He spent summers and winter
sessions writing for the New Pittsburgh Courier, one of the
oldest black newspapers in the country. David graduated from
the University Of Pittsburgh School Of Law in 1983 and moved
to Brooklyn where he began working an Assistant District Attorney.
After working for litigation firms over the past several years,
Mr. Davis recently established his own practice in the area
of negligence law. A resident of Oceanport, New Jersey, he
is married to Carol Davis and has a daughter, Halah age 5.
WILLIAM C.E. ROBINSON,
ESQ.
William C.E. Robinson, (“Bill
Robinson”) is a senior corporate
counsel for the Office of General
Counsel for the GEICO Corporation.
He was born in Columbus, Ohio and
presently resides with his wife
and daughter in suburban Washington,
D.C.
Bill is a 1980 graduate of the
Howard University School of Liberal
Arts and 1983 graduate of Howard
University School of Law. Bill is
a member of the New York, District
of Columbia, Virginia and Maryland
Bar and serves on the board of the
Council for Court Excellence and
several non-profit organizations.
Prior to joining GEICO, Bill served as an Assistant District
Attorney in Brooklyn, NY; he has been a senior associate in
a Washington, D.C. law firm and has serve as the Managing
Attorney for the Metropolitan Staff Counsel firm operation
for Aetna and Travelers Insurance Companies.
Bill presently oversees the majority of GEICO’s corporate
related litigation and serves as the lead inside counsel in
the areas of Labor and Employment law. Bill has managed a
wide variety of cases including numerous class action matters.
KERVIN A. SIMMS, ESQ.
Kervin A. Simms is one of the founding partners of the law
firm, Simms & Walters, P.C., located in Greenwich Village,
New York. He was born in the Bahamas and raised in Miami,
Florida.
Kervin is a graduate of Howard University (1980) and Howard
University School of Law (1983). He was an Assistant District
Attorney in Brooklyn, New York from 1983 thru 1988. Thereafter
he started his boutique law firm with an emphasis in entertainment
law, and currently represents, numerous artists, producers,
directors, writers, and various entertainment companies.
